The West Indies player praises Babar Azam’s batting masterclass in the first One-Day International against South Africa.
West Indies’ Shai Hope tweeted in awe of Babar Azam’s masterclass at SuperSport Park after his excellent success in the first ODI of the three-match series against South Africa.
The 27-year-old player, who has always admired Pakistani players, took to Twitter to praise Babar Azam’s success in leading Pakistan to victory over South Africa in the first ODI.
He wrote: “So so good to watch,”.
In another tweet, he wrote: “Batting masterclass,”.
In his 76th ODI innings, Babar scored his 13th ODI century, claiming the title of the fastest batsman. Hashim Amla of South Africa had previously held this record, having done so in 83 innings. In yesterday’s match, his success was instrumental in Pakistan’s victory.
